Summary: Bolo is a fully digital service. There are no physical goods, no couriers, and no shipping charges. Access to the AI tutor and curriculum is granted to your account immediately after a successful payment.
How delivery works
As soon as your payment is confirmed by our payment provider, access to Bolo is enabled on the account you signed up with. You can log in from any modern browser on a phone, tablet, or computer and start using the service right away.
If access didn’t activate
In the rare case that you paid but didn’t receive access within a few minutes, please write to founders@bolo.org.in with your registered email and the payment transaction ID. We will fix it the same working day.
International “shipping”
Bolo is accessible to anyone with a working internet connection and a supported payment method, regardless of country. There are still no physical shipments.
